Where are we?
We are located at the bottom of town! The address is 12 Derry’s Cross, Plymouth PL1 2TE
IMPORTANT – DO NOT BE LATE!
If you arrive late for your session, we reserve the right to refuse entry, as we run on an extremely tight schedule, especially on busy days.
Please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes before your booking time to allow for all pre-game tasks (checking in, game brief etc, grab a drink) so your experience can get started without delays.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen beyond your control sometimes.
If you are in the unfortunate position that you have to reschedule, then please give us as much notice as possible.
Considering the circumstances, we are happy to reschedule, however refunds will only be given at our discretion.
We do run a no refunds policy. If you need to make any alterations to your booking, ahead of time, feel free to get in contact with us via call or by email.
