GENERAL INFORMATION

SMOOTH CHECK-INS & WAIVERS

Please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes before your booking time to allow for all pre-game tasks (checking in, game brief etc, grab a drink) so your experience can get started without delays.

We have rooms across two different sites. Be sure to check the venue address for your game below so you know where to arrive!

IMPORTANT – DO NOT BE LATE!

If you arrive late for your session, we reserve the right to refuse entry, as we run on an extremely tight schedule, especially on busy days.

There is a a bit of wiggle room if our bookings aren’t back to back. We do highly recommend coming in earlier to allow time for signing your waivers, making a team name, etc

We look forward to seeing you!

CANCELLATIONS

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that things happen beyond your control sometimes.

If you are in the unfortunate position that you have to cancel, then please give us as much notice as possible.

Considering the circumstances, we are happy to reschedule, however refunds will only be given at our discretion.

However, if you are within the 24 hours approaching the original booking time, you will not be entitled to any refund of either the full amount or any deposits paid.

If you need to make any alterations to your booking, ahead of time, feel free to get in contact with us via call or by email.
