How It Works
After the customer has completed their escape room, axe throwing or darts session, keep the energy going.
Suggest another TimberVault activity naturally while the customer is still engaged.
Do not just hand out a code. Take the customer to the desk and complete the booking or gift voucher purchase for them.
Use your own 10%, 20% or 30% staff discount code during the Resova transaction.
Once the booking or gift voucher purchase is completed, your code is tracked and your points are added to the leaderboard.

“You guys smashed that. If you fancy coming back for axe throwing or another room, I can sort you 10% off if we book it now at the desk.”
“You don’t have to play again today, but if you want to lock something in for another date, I can get you 10% off while you’re here.”
“I can only use this a couple of times, but I can do 20% off for you if you want to get something booked in today.”
Important Rules
- Only completed bookings or gift voucher purchases count.
- The activity does NOT need to be for the same day.
- Future bookings count.
- Gift voucher purchases count.
- Staff codes must be applied by staff at the desk.
- Do not just give customers your code to use later.
- Use the 10% code first wherever possible.
- 20% and 30% codes should only be used when needed.
- 20% and 30% discounts do not stack with other discounts.
- Customer experience comes first — this should feel like helpful hosting, not pressure selling.
